Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are Recieving any damaged , defective products please contact us within 24hrs, so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace product within 5 -7 working days.

At MD EcoBlue Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the chemical and sensitive nature of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and AdBlue® products, we follow a strict but fair Returns and Refunds Policy outlined below.

To ensure product quality and safety, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The wrong product was delivered (wrong packaging, grade, or brand)

The product was damaged during transit (must be reported with photo/video proof at the time of delivery)

The product is defective or fails lab-quality testing (COA/Lab Report must be shared within 2 days of delivery)

Opened, unsealed, or partially used packaging

Product ordered incorrectly by the customer

Damage due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery

Bulk tanker orders unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect

💰 Refund Policy
If a return is approved, a refund will be processed in one of the following ways:

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

credit to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
